Wow. I'd like to hang out on your back deck. You're about one of the only people I've ever seen put epazote on a list. Makes me think that I need to do some planting.

Tammy - This is the first year I've ever heard of it and gave it a try. It's good in a pot of beans with tomatillas. But then just about anything is good in a pot of beans with tomatillas. It's a hearty plant so I suspect I'll have the opportunity to try it with something else too.
